Traveling to the UAE was a life changing experience. I was able to do and see things that I would have never imagined myself to experience. I read a quote during the trip that said, “you can shake the sand from your shoes, but it will never leave your soul”. YBLA Takes Dubai

The world is getting smaller and we believe it makes an excellent classroom. We want our young leaders to benefit from the valuable lessons that can be learned on an international level. To that end, YBLA is proud to announce our Global Leadership Program.

The Global Leadership Program is designed to impact the lives of young leaders by expanding their Cultural Intelligence (CQ). We want to enhance their understanding of leadership styles, cultural differences and global business practices through cross-cultural, international learning opportunities.

From December 26, 2017 to January 4, 2018, twelve YBLA students and ten adults traveled to Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the inaugural Global Leadership Program trip. During their time abroad, the participants learned first-hand just how interconnected different countries and cultures are with the United States.
