About Black Talent Pipeline
YBLA’s Black Talent Pipeline (BTP) program prepares high-potential Black college students for internships & full-time opportunities with companies seeking diverse talent. Our program provides professional development, opportunities to increase social capital, networking with like-minded Black students, and an opportunity to serve abroad.
Eligibility Requirements
Black college Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors
Majors: Business, Technology, Engineering, Econ, Accounting, and Finance
Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
Must be able to attend leadership retreat and international service trip (See dates below)
Must be available to attend virtual meetings on Tuesday evenings
