NO COST TO PARTICIPATE
The YBLA Collegiate Emerging Professional Program is offered at no cost to selected participants.
Participants fundraise toward their international service experience. Fundraising coaching is built into the program as a professional skill-building activity.
CEP Eligibility Requirements
Black male or female
Sophomore, junior, or senior in college
Demonstrate leadership potential
Have a passion for service and community impact
3.0 Minimum Cumulative GPA
Be available to attend all weekly virtual sessions
All academic majors welcome
Attend the Leadership Retreat Weekend in Charlotte
Within 0-1 hour driving radius of Charlotte, NC
Participate in the International service experience
