Every YBLA Sr. Ambassador completes a Sr. Impact Project designed to address a real need in their community.
From food insecurity and literacy to mental health, voter engagement, and essential resources, students move beyond learning about leadership and step into the work of creating impact.

No two Sr. Impact Projects look the same because no two communities have the exact same needs.

Sr. Ambassadors identified issues they cared about and turned ideas into action through service, advocacy, education, fundraising, and direct community support. Projects ranged from voter registration initiatives and literacy programs to food distribution, youth mentorship, mental health awareness, and resource collection drives.
Through every project, students strengthened critical leadership skills including planning, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and service.
