Over two decades, YBLA has helped develop Black leaders who lead with confidence and purpose, creating impact that endures. This anniversary is a moment to celebrate those leaders and to honor the community that believed early, invested consistently, and made this work possible.

Support of the 20th Anniversary Legacy Gala directly advances leadership development, scholarships, and transformational experiences for young Black leaders.
Every contribution strengthens access to education, coaching, and service opportunities that empower leaders actively shaping their communities.
One of the evening’s highlights will be our silent auction, supporting opportunities that help young leaders grow, lead, and feel the full strength of community around them.
Proceeds from the auction directly fuel programs and experiences that expand access and deepen impact for the next generation of leaders.
The silent auction will feature a thoughtfully curated selection of experiences and items, with details to be revealed closer to the event. Guests will be invited to begin bidding at the start of the gala weekend, allowing time to explore and engage before the evening’s main program.
