The YBLA Ambassador program is our flagship platform. Ambassadors are the face of YBLA, personifying our commitment to student leadership, service, and education.
Black Talent Pipeline
YBLA’s Black Talent Pipeline program prepares high-potential Black college students for internships and full-time opportunities with companies seeking diverse talent.
YoPro Program
The YBLA YoPro Program is created for young Black professionals (35 and under), cultivating professional growth, wealth building, social connections, and community service.
