Ambassador
The YBLA Ambassador program is our flagship platform. Ambassadors are the face of YBLA, personifying our commitment to student leadership, service, and education.
Black Talent Pipeline
YBLA’s Black Talent Pipeline program prepares high-potential Black college students for internships and full-time opportunities with companies seeking diverse talent.
YoPro Program
The YBLA YoPro Program is created for young Black professionals (30 and under), cultivating professional growth, wealth building, social connections, and community service.
Our Results
YBLA has been successfully working with black students, parents and community partners for over 17 years. We have the knowledge, experience and best practices needed to work effectively with young leaders and their families. Our staff and volunteers bring expertise from the corporate, non-profit and education fields. We have forged several strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and businesses that allow us to connect our students to leadership, college, and career-related opportunities.
