YBLA AIT PROGRAM
The Ambassador-in-Training program is a competitive leadership development program where our students will influence and impact their communities.
The YBLA Ambassador-in-Training (AIT) program is designed for developing young high school leaders (9th–11th grade). The AIT’s are the largest group in the organization with over 200 young leaders participating in twelve (12) competitive teams.
These young leaders focus on the C’s of Leadership: Communication; Collaboration; Critical Thinking; and Creative Thinking. The selection process utilizes a highly competitive draft process to identify the most amazing young leaders for each team.
All AIT’s must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate leadership and participate in community service.
