Service is one of YBLA’s core pillars. At YBLA, we develop leaders who impact the world through local and global service.

 

YBLA uses service as a tool to:

1. Develop leaders to change the world’s negative perception of black youth

2. Develop leaders with selflessness and empathy by exposing them to local and global social issues

3. Develop leaders with a sense of passion to influence their peers and impact their communities and beyond
